PowerApps combines visual drag-and-drop concepts from PowerPoint with Excel-like expressions for logic and working with data to enable the creation of updatable Power BI reports. I will talk about the integration of Power Bi, Power Apps, and Power Automate and the amazing ways these three tools can be used together. I will be showing how to use a Power App within a Power Bi report, how to use Power Automate to refresh a Power Bi report from within a Power App, and then how to show Power Bi Dashboard Tiles from within a Power App.

Turning the return to work pain, into performance

In this session, we will show you how to use the Power Platform to survey your staff’s comfort level as they return to the workplace from periods of time away. Capture organisational sentiment in Power Apps to view trends over time in Power BI. Take staff through a workflow to signpost and direct them to areas of help and guidance. Identify areas of concern for staff returning to the workplace and direct organisational RTW plans accordingly. Enable your workforce to highlight areas which may be causing inefficiencies and problems with mixed-mode working (teams split between remote & in-office work). Enable your staff to report working constraints via Power Virtual Agents. Automate workflows to enable staff to initiate an informal or formal flexible working request. Use Power BI to check your staff’s potential office contacts based on working patterns for contact tracing.
